Duplicating an event is certainly easy enough, but I’m wondering if there’s a way to bring over all of the registered users from the original event as well.
Case: we have a class that runs monthly and the price is based on how many sessions we hold that month. We can’t create the following month’s event until a few days before though, and when we do, all the kids’ parents are required to re-register and they’re starting to get annoyed. Since it’s always the same kids in the class, it’d be a lot easier if I could just role them from one month into the next.
I’m definitely open to suggestions!

Hi, this is an interesting idea but its not something that is available in Event Espresso 4 at this time.

Hi Jason,
While Event Espresso doesn’t currently have a feature where it duplicates attendees from one event to another, you can add additional datetimes to an existing event. The new datetimes will show up on the calendar, and you can assign the existing ticket(s) that were already registered for to the new datetime. This way they will not need to re-register.
