Duplicate emails upon registration

Hi,

Upon registration, the plugin is sending duplicate emails to the Primary registrant.

How can we correct this issue?

Hi Miyar,

How many emails are they receiving?

Which payment method is the user using?

Also has this been reported by a real user of the site or have you found this during testing?

Hi Tony,

They are receiving 2 emails for Invoice payment method. The issue has been reported in testing but from client end.

If you set the Primary Registrant’s email to have a blank To: field, it should send only one email to them (via the Registrant context).
