We have confirmation and registration emails that are auto sent out from EE when students register for classes. Lately they have been duplicating where students are recieveing the same emails twice and we cant find the cause.
Additionally, some of the formatting is off from these auto generated emails. I included a screen shot of that formatting issue below.

Are you still having this issue? I would generally look to make sure you don’t have two shortcodes or two email addresses sent to the attendee. And there is also a difference between the Primary and Registrants. Depending on how you have your event confirmation emails configured, the Primary attendee may get a copy of an email and the Registrant may get a copy of an email too.
