Can you give us a bit more information? It will help to know the URL of the site where this is happening so we can investigate. If you’d prefer to not share the URL, can you check the page in Chrome’s Inspector or Firebut for JavaScript errors?
Yes, we did check for errors using Chrome’s Inspector which is what revealed the script error. I am not a programmer or even a computer person so you’ll have to forgive me. I’m the client on this project, and probably shouldn’t be in this room at all since I have no understanding of this “stuff.” We have purchased a support token which I’ve turned over to my developer. Thank you!
“The issue was with jQuery being loaded multiple times, once this was fixed I found your custom menu no longer worked.
This turned out to be the JavaScript for the menu not using jQuery noconflict() which has also now been fixed.”
