I cannot drag/drop created tickets to show in the correct order. I move them and once updated the order changes.

Just to add to what sam said, If you’re using legacy, do this.

I did try to recreate the issue using advance editor and legacy editor and it seems fine.
After your troubleshooting and there’s still problem, can you provide your PHP version and WP version? thanks

Since the new update, the features and functions of the event dates and tickets have not been easier to work with. Is there an option to use the legacy editor? I have tried the suggested steps in Sam’s note and each time I edit and submit the order changes. Since the tickets are on two pages this is even more difficult.

Hi Kelly,
You can go to EE > default settings > there you can change the “Activate Advanced Editor” to “Legacy Editor” and save the changes:
