Download unzips files and cannot upload to WP

When I purchased EE, the files unzip as they are downloaded. I should be getting zip files that I can easily upload and activate as a WP plug-in. I have a MAC, but that shouldn’t matter.

Hi Cherie,

Your Mac may be unzipping the files automatically. It should retain the zipped files in your downloads folder. If not, just right click on the unzipped files to bring up the context menu and select the “Compress” option. Then upload/install the files like you would normally do.

You know…… I tried that, but had problems because I did it by file as opposed to the entire folder! Just did it successfully. Thank you so much for your quick response!
