'Download PDF' (for Invoice) takes Two Minutes to Download

After selecting a ticket, when attempting to download an invoice using the ‘Download PDF’ button, it consistently takes 2-3 minutes for the download to appear, across multiple computers, and different browsers. During this time, the loading icon on the tab is spinning, but otherwise it looks like the button isn’t working. Any ideas?
