I just purchased a business license and the download link (top middle in blue highlight) isn’t working. It keeps redirecting me to my profile. Moreover, I don’t have an option to download the link in my profile (as I do with the two free options).
I saw a closed thread on this very issue; regarding that post, I did create my account at the time of purchase (perhaps that had something to do with it?).
The Sales dept. is currently offline. However if you can forward a copy of your purchase receipt and include the email/s used to purchase and register for the site I can look into rectifying this issue for you.
