Download Attendee Batch Import Tool Not Working

When I attempt to download the pre-release attendee batch import tool I get an error.

The error is: Cannot open remote file “espresso-attendee-import.zip”

I am attempting to download
“Attendee Batch Import Tool 0.1” on the Pre-Release page: https://eventespresso.com/support/documentation/pre-release-downloads/
