Hi Tony
I need your help. I played around with EE and really like it but I am doubting now that it is not the right thing for us. Maybe I am wrong. Let me summarize.

The Use-Case I need is:
1. There are certain seminars (always the same): e.g. https://www.sokratix.ch/stoiker-praktische-philosophie-fuehrungskraefte/

2. Below this event-description (=Blog-Post as you can see), I would like to show all possible Dates for this specific seminar.

3. The user can then choose a date and register (only 1 Ticket-Type always).

I have solved it via different Tickets but this is not correct and will not work.
I am not sure if you understand what is the problem for me ๐Ÿ™‚

Summary:
– I would like to show all dates for ONE event below the blog (shortcode?)
– The user should choose one date and subscribe for it (only one ticket-option, not more)

Is this even possible with EE? Would be strange if not.
At the end it should look like the bottom of this page now (https://www.sokratix.ch/stoiker-praktische-philosophie-fuehrungskraefte/
) but NOT with the ticket-option as it is now (which is wrong I have realized now).

Can you help me on that. I would hardly like to start from scratch with another plugin :-(.
Thanks.
Regards … Mike

Here is another example: https://www.sokratix.ch/termine/
So … it should not be different tickets but differnte event dates.
Any Idea? I hope …

Your use case sounds like it’s a ‘recurring event’ (the same event which recurs on different dates) which EE4 does not officially support, you can do it but you need to manually create a DateTime for each individual ‘instance’ of your event. Then create a ticket assigned specifically for every single DateTime.

So to use your current event as an example: https://www.sokratix.ch/stoiker-praktische-philosophie-fuehrungskraefte/

You need 3 datetimes within that event for 02.02.2023, 03.03.2023 and 04.04.2023

Like this: https://monosnap.com/file/z46PbJgg6ZaMMXAeJm2rVhQKqEIEM8

You then still need an individual ticket for each instance, so you need 3 tickets and each ticket is assigned to the specific datetime.

Like this: https://monosnap.com/file/Am9dTCC7QbGBQ1O3uq3PIhdX09DPsM

Within the settings for each individual ticket you can set which datetime it applies to, click the icon for each ticket and select the relevant datetime:

https://monosnap.com/file/4DhNdg1GDQ6PBzN3Pb7jgyahUFxtcq

The user then registers onto the relevant ticket which is assigned to the specific datetime in question.

Hi Tony
Thanks, that helped a lot. I will stick to the plan.
(I didn`t know, that I can link a specific ticket to a spec. date).
So, perferctly fine and this is even better because I do not need the table view.
Thanks! Can be close.
