Double Registration Email & No Payment Email

Hey guys,
All of a sudden tonight the system started sending double registration notification emails and NOT sending the payment email notification.

For the past 2.5 years we have had it setup to send 1 registration notification email and 1 payment notification email.

Can you please help? Thanks.

Hi there,

I ran a quick test on your site and can see you have 2 payment methods active, is the above happening with payments made on both of those?

Did anything on the site change when this started happening? Installed new plugins or updated the theme/a plugin for example.
