For some reason, the event is getting added to the cart twice. I’ve been unable to reproduce the problem on my test site. Can you disable your other plugins one at a time to see if there is a conflict with one?

Thanks for your help. The events have only one category checked, although there are three categories, but two are unchecked. I am using version 0.4 of Volume Discount.
Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this? I really want to see your exact set up. We had an issue with this a while back but we thought we had it fixed.
