I have an event that is allowing more than 1 person to be signed up on one registration and it appears that a recent registration got charged for two tickets twice (e.g. 4x the rate of 1 ticket). Is this a known issue and is the workaround to turn off the ability to register more than 1 person at a time?
This isn’t a known issue. Can you provide a link to an example event where this happened?
In EE3, in the event editor make sure that the option “Allow group registrations?” is set to No. This will then only allow a single registration at a time. It doesn’t stop repeat registrations though.
