Double Attendee Info on Edit Attendee Screen

First, we are using the current releases of each of the EE plugins.

That being said, we are having a strange issue. When going into the “Edit Attendee Data” screen on some attendees (not all of them mind you) the fields for Name et al are being doubled. Also, the payment info on this page messes up any time we try to edit it as well. ie. We enter 35.00 for the and the quantity as 1. It then states 70.00 in the amount paid area.

We have tried turning off all non-EE plugins but had no change. Any clue what might be causing this issue?

This just in… We just checked out the customer who signed up before the one in question and all her fields are missing. Double fields on one and missing on the other. Signs of a deeper issue?

Just got a call from the site owner. Someone just tried to register. Got to the Payment screen and there are no payment options listed so they could not pay. Seems like a ton of issues with 3.1.30.2 We tried turning off payment options n turning them back on but no luck there either. SO do we need to list these issues separately or could the issues be interrelated?

Have you made any customizations or moved the template files and payment gateways to the uploads/espresso/ directory? If so, these will need to be backed up, then updated or removed.

no customizations there HOWEVER since you mentioned the file, I moved a copy of the gateway_display.php file over to the uploads/espresso/gateway folder and it seems to have fixed the issue. Kind of funny when you consider that there wasn’t already a copy there but it was acting like there was. Thanks for the remind on that issue Seth. Any clue as to what might cause the first issue mentioned concerning the duplicated info boxes in the Edit Attendee screen?

That’s strange. I wonder if there was a file moved there at one time, then removed? You might try removing that file, then re-saving your payment settings. Please let me know if that has any effect.

I think that was indeed the issue. It seems to have cleared itself. Now if I can just get the client to quit screaming about getting images on their darn calendar lol. I know you guys will be glad when THAT issue goes away!

For sure! We have had a ton of trouble with that calendar. One idea we have is to do something like this:

Not sure, they are basically a business where you go in and paint with a group, so they have multiple classes each day throughout the month and have stuck pretty firm to having the “calendar at a glance” idea… (I keep kind of hounding them to consider ideas like the one you shared which I think looks awesome).

I just had a crazy development however. My client called to ask what I did to fix the overlap issue?!?! Went to the site and low and behold… NO image overlap issue. How it happened I do NOT know, but it is working so I dare not breath too hard lol.

That looks pretty flippin sharp!

Interesting. Tell them not to change anything until I have a chance to look at the HTML source. I’m on my phone right now and the calendar is working fine.
