Is this possible? We are a church and are setting up a tithing page. Seems like it could work with recurring events?

I don’t think this would work. Recurring events are events that are repeated and have nothing to do with payments. If I were you I would just set up a PayPal donation button and recurring charges (subscriptions) through PayPal. Its a lot quicker and easier to set up. The only thing is that if you don’t already have a non-profit account,its a bit of a pain to get the paperwork together to do that. But in you case I think it would be worth it.

@Morag, thank you for assisting. You explained it well enough, so I won’t belabor the point. 🙂
@crossroadsnewnan, At this time we don’t have an option that supports adding donations, as in attendees manually entering the amounts. We usually recommend that you create prices for the donation levels, which can be done with the Multiple Events add-on. The attendee then decides which donation amount to add to cart before checkout.
As far as recurring donations, no we do not support that at this time.
