does the plugin supports the following?
1. users can create their own event from the front-end
2. when user create an event can they set assign payment system on each event?
3. can they set the event private or public?
4. when a user post or submits an event., is there a feature where admin will first approve the event before its published?

Hi Darril,

Event Espresso (version 3) has several plugins that could assist with this, but Event Espresso is not in itself designed to be able to create Eventbrite style sites, so you will find there are some features perhaps needed that are not available.

1) With the Front End Manager (beta add on) users can submit basic events from the front end. With the Roles and Permissions Pro addon (Roles and Permissions basic is a requirement of this) users can be given an Event Manager role and can create events from the dashboard area, and monitor registrations for those events.

2) No. Payment gateways are set by the admin and are site wide, not per event.

3) With the WP User Integration add on, events can be set to member only (logged in users) but this cannot be done from the front end.

4) Using Roles and Permissions Pro, events can be set to be approved by the Admin first.
