Does EE meet my project requirements?

Hello, I want to start a new project where users can register to my website and upload their own events and make changes to their event as time progresses. Does EE support this?

The reason I ask is because it looks to me like its admin based only rather than user based.

Thank you in advance,
Adam.

Hi Adam,

EE3 can support this when used in conjunction with the Roles and Permissions add ons (basic and pro).

These allow you to give users a specific role, which gives them access to Event Espresso. This access can be limited to specific pages such as the Event Overview.

The Event Manager role (Roles and Permissions Pro) allows users to add events and only access events they created.

We also have a Beta addon called Front-end Event Manager which allows basic (i.e. not all options) ability to enter events from the front end. Managing events still requires admin page access (if they have the Event Manager role they will only see profile and whatever you allow them to see in Event Espresso).

Please note:
EE4 currently does not have this feature set.
