We recently moved our domain to another Hosting provider. Since completing the move, Our event calendar, training descriptions and other functions have stopped working. Could this be caused by our website’s new IP address? Does Event Espresso need to know about IP address changes?
Moving to a different web host would deactivate support services such as software updates but it should not break specific features of Event Espresso.
Could you go ahead and reactivate your support license key in Event Espresso –> General Settings within your WP dashboard?
Is a link to your events calendar page available?
Also, were any new changes made shortly after you moved to a different host? For example, if you upgraded to WP 4.5 (released earlier this week) then you may be experiencing this issue with your theme:
We’ll be able to share feedback once we have seen your events calendar page.
Thanks!
