Hello,
I’ve looked through the documentation and read a handful of threads in regards to setting up automated email reminders with mailchimp plugin. However I cant find a good set of documentation. Can you provide the steps needed (aside from the basic mailchimp api setup) to accomplish this?

You’ll need to set up the automation within the Mailchimp system. Here’s some documentation from the MailChimp website: https://mailchimp.com/resources/guides/working-with-automation/html/
