Please put some more effort into your documentation.
For example, the “documentation” for the MER plugin is nothing more than a Sales/Promotional page and does nothing to address all the questions people are asking. It is a waste of hours of my time to sort and dig through other peoples comments (that might or might not still be relevant – updates and versions depending) to use something I paid $500 for.
So far, I’ve only used it on 2 websites and find that it costed my client too much money (in my time) to get everything working. So I haven’t used it beyond those two sites. 🙁
I’d love to! But real documentation is expected when you shell out $500 for something.
