Hi there,

All EE events require a start and end date for both a datetime and ticket, so you will always need to set those values on the event itself.

However, what you can do is set the dates far into the future and then use CSS to hide the event date on the page. You’ll likely need to create a custom message template and make sure no dates are output on that template, then assign that template to the event so the emails don’t show the date of the event either.
