Displaying Selective Inforamtion About Events?

My client is very concerned about security and does not want event dates to be displayed. All events are already password protected, but a new worker would like to at least display the title and description of events in a fashion that is as automated as possible.

Is there a way to use shortcodes to do this? I looked and while the shortcodes help me filter events, they do not seem to offer the option to select what information is displayed on the page. Perhaps this information is somewhere else?

Otherwise, I am recommending that they manually enter event information on a free-form WordPress page. They have approximately 2 events per month, so this is not overwhelming. But it would be better if we could automate this somehow.

Thank you.

Hello,

Is your client referring to removing all dates from events listing page (e.g. example.com/events/)?

If so, there is an option in Event Espresso –> Events –> Templates. Then look for event listing and set the datetimes option to off and save changes.
