Display Ticket Error

When i use my batch message to send out [RECIPIENT_TICKET_URL] .. the user receives the email but receives an error after clicking on the ticket URL:

An error has occurred:
Unable to complete the request because the token is invalid.

PLEASE HELP!

Is this happening for all of the links sent?
