hi guys is there a short code that will let me display the users ticket name
COURSE: [EVENT_LINK]
TicketName: [//??//]
LOCATION: [VENUE_TITLE] ([VENUE_CITY], [VENUE_STATE])
[DATETIME_LIST]
Thanks in advance, we run a first aid school and there are some blended courses that we run and the standard reminder email is too generic for us and we can have 3 separate events as WorkSafe laws prevent us from having more than 18ppl per class.

Hi there,
May I ask which message template you are editing for this?
The ticket name can be pulled in within the TICKET_LIST section using [TICKET_NAME]
However, the text above looks like it is from the EVENT_LIST section, you can’t pull the TICKET_NAME directly into that section as registrations can be made on multiple events and tickets so that section would not know which ticket name to pull if there were multiple.
