The fix you guys made is fabulous! BUT: I’m working on a site that displays several different events on one page, each with its own ticket selector. Some of the ticket selectors have multiple ticket options (multiple radio buttons) and others have only one ticket option (a single radio button). The multiple-radio-button events now show on page load with NO radio button selected (yay!) but the single-radio-button events still show with the radio button selected on page load. This is confusing for the user if they don’t want tickets for all those single-radio-button events.

Can you make the single-option events also UNselected on page load?

Thanks!!

Hi,

No, I’m afraid that will be a step backwards with regards to the UI. They will only get the selected ticket when they click on the Add to Cart button immediately following the table.

If you want to make all tickets unselected all of the time, you can add a bit of jQuery to the page and use the .prop method to uncheck them all.
