Display set number of events from category

Hello,

I have set up an event which is set as a recurring weekly event.
I have set this up for the whole year.

Once I place the category shortcode on a page, all the events list.
Is there a way to limit this to show only 4 at a time with the expiring events being removed?

The shortcode I am using is:
[EVENT_ESPRESSO_CATEGORY event_category_id=”conditioning-class-1355484469″]

Hi,

I would change the shortcode being used, I would use this instead

[EVENT_LIST limit=4 category_identifier="conditioning-class-1355484469" show_expired="true"]

This shortcode allows more flexibility when displaying events, whilst the EVENT_ESPRESSO_CATEGORY is more linear in its usage.
