I have selected NO on display date times on the template. But they continue to show up on my events. It’s my understanding that the dates and times that are listed under the title is what should NOT show if I select NO for display datetimes. I have tried to turn it on and then turn it off. Didn’t make a difference. What else can I try?

that option is only for Events List Pages where you can find the changes in https://members-edu.com/events
For Event Single Page, the only general setting we have is this.

If you want to hide ticket selector for that page. You have to go to the your EE dashboard -> Event -> Open the Event -> Then Change the selector to NO

Hi there,
Hiding the ticket selector from above would remove the ability to register onto the event.
If you are looking to hide the datetimes on the single event output you can do that with some CSS:
.single-espresso_events .event-datetimes {
display: none;
}
Add that to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS.
That will hide the datetimes on each single EE event output.
