Hello.
There will be multiple event dates. Every date is linked to a ticket. When someone buys a ticket for one of the dates, the availability adjusts automatically.
Every date costs (example) 10€.
I would like to set up a discount if someone buys 3 different tickets (example: 25€ instead of 30).
I tried to create a 25€ ticket valid for 3 of the event’s dates (set in the “price modificator” section), but it’s not a solution because we miss an important information: which dates is that person booking?
Currently, if you have multiple datetimes within an event and want to offer a discount for registering onto multiple tickets for those datetimes you need to create additional tickets and have the user register onto those tickets.
You mentioned you lose the date in which the user is booking using this method, to work around that you would need multiple sets of ‘discount’ tickets to cover the various date options within the event.
How many datetimes/tickets do you have within the event?
The other option is to use a promotion code with the Promotions add-on but we don’t have conditional logic to prevent users selecting a single ticket and using the promotion, meaning you would need to monitor the registrations made using the promotion code and confirm they have a ‘valid’ ticket selection.
