Discount Pricing for Specific Event

Hi
I currently have a setup where if 3 people registers for any of 4 events they get a 10% discount. I need to change this so that registering 3 people now gives them a specific dollar amount for the discount (this I know I can do) however this discount will only apply to 2 of the 4 events.
How can I set up the discount so it only applies to 2 events and not all 4.
