Hi, I’m using EE4 with Promotions add-on and it works perfectly in every respect except the discount is actually $2 off each ticket and $3 off each ticket. So now when it is applied it shows -$3 off of 1 ticket would there be a way for it to take the quantity of tickets purchased? In this case it would be $3 off 36 tickets.

Hi there,
You could use a percentage discount in this case. The current version of Event Espresso 4’s promotions add-on does not apply the full discount amount to each ticket.

Hi Josh,
Thank you for the info. So if we were to switch to a percentage, can we make the discount only good with the purchase of a certain amount of tickets. So if our discount is 10% off 36 tickets or more. Can we have it not apply to someone who is only purchasing 30 tickets?

No, however you could use the ticket bundles feature to achieve $3 off if 36 tickets or more:
