Discount on GST price

I have created a discount for ticket prices however it doesn’t take the discount off the total price (including GST). How can I adjust this?

Hi there,

If you go to Event Espresso -> Promotions -> Settings

You’ll find the option ‘Promotions Affect Taxes’.

Set that to yes and it should work how you are expecting.
