discount not working

Hello, I am trying to apply a $200 discount to a purchase of a block of 10 tickets. I have input the discount code, and it looks like it’s been done correctly, but when a registrant tried to use it, it didn’t work….

Verify that the discount code is checked off for that event, and that the event is set to accept discount codes.
