Hi, we have the “percentage” box ticked when we set up our discount, but when it is applied it takes of the price as money not percent i.e £20 not 20%? Any clues?
Which version of Event Espresso? There should be a selector in the current version instead of a checkbox. I’m not able to reproduce this specific issue.
That said, we are working out a known issue with the confirmation page displaying the discount information incorrectly and should have an update pushed very soon.
Hi we are using the most up to date version downloaded today. For now I have switched to using £ not percent and will check again once the update is published. Many thanks for your response
