Discount logic

There’s an addon to allow multiple registrations per session. Is it possible to do multiple signups with a discount policy like this:
I will have many events and a few event categories. Some of the events will belong to Category A. Users will get 50% off of the least expensive category A booking they make, only if they sign up for 3 or more Category A bookings.

Could I implement such logic with this plugin?
