Are there any issues with creating Promotional Codes? We have two users (setup as Administrators in WordPress). We’ve added 3 different promotional codes, but sometimes some will not show up under “allow discount codes” for specific events and sometimes they do. Is there any specific issues or rules I’m not aware of? These are recurring events if that helps.
Some created by the two different admins. If the event is created before the discount code is created, the discount will not show at all

Hi Daniel,
It sounds like the Roles and Permissions add-on is activated in this case. What this add-on actually does is separate things like promo codes per user account (even if they are admins). If you want to share things like promo codes (and categories) between user accounts the way to do that is deactivate Roles and Permissions.
