Disappeared Calendar

The Calendar page on our website will not open up fully, after adding events, they seem to appear simply as listed items scattered through our site, without being centralized in the actual calendar page. Several of the smaller addons we purchased with our small business bundle are also not able to activate, not sure if something might be connected there. If you would not mind taking a look and getting back, that’d be great. We just purchased this system Yesterday and it seems to be more trouble than it was worth at this point. Here is a link to our page, the calendar should be showing up under the events link at the top on the options bar of the page: http://www.justliquid.ca/blog/

Running these plugins:

Event Espresso 4.2.4 reg
Event Calendar 3.0.0 reg

The themes page for a generic outline of what the calendar should look like does not even show up in the Event Espresso or the WP options, I am not even sure that the calendar plugin has installed properly.

Hi Rob,

Event Espresso 4 is currently compatible with the EE4 calendar. It will not run with the other addons which are for EE3.

Could you post the link to the page that has the calendar shortcode on it?

Hi Rob,

You also have the All-in-one Events Calendar activated on the site which may conflict with the Calendar.

It appears Event Espresso is not currently active on the site, have you deactivated it?

We purchased the package that came with the EE3 version as well, I have tried configuring the basic software with the different versions of the addons and nothing seems to make a difference. As to the all-in-one calendar, we have tried activating the new system after de-activating that one, still nothing shows up on the calendar page. We keep the all-in-one re-activated so clients can access the upcoming events in the meantime while trying to sort out the issue.

Hi,

As Lorenzo mentioned EE3 and EE4 are not compatible with each other, so please only have one (and appropriate addons) active at a time.

Without having EE4 and the calendar active it will be quite hard to diagnose the issue. Is it possible for you to activate EE4 and provide a link to a page with the calendar shortcode?

Hey Dean, I’ve been sure to only have one activated at a time, not least because having both causes a fatal error warning. I will try and get one going again during the day today and provide the shortcode. Thanks.

Thanks Rob, hopefully we can get to the bottom of this once we can see the calendar page.
