This registration seems to have disappeared from the system, and I can’t figure out why/how. (*redacted* Registration Code: 8815-2345-1-8b93)
I applied their gift certificate to the registration a few days ago, and when I went in just now to apply the payment for the balance due, I can’t find their registration anywhere.
I have gone ahead and manually add them back into the class, but it would be helpful to understand where the original registration went in the meantime.
ALSO, when you click on the “you can make payment here” link in the original confirmation, it gives an error message that this can’t be found. This message is created with the [PAYMENT_URL] shortcode.
If you’re taking daily backups of the database, you could check the backup from a few days ago first. Quite likely the transaction record is no longer in the current database, which could be caused by restoring to an older backup of the database.
This can also be caused by multiple admin sessions overwriting one another. That can be avoided by not having multiple tabs open while visiting the checkout pages for several transactions on the front end.
That could potentially either, but if it’s the user then it would have to happen within the span of one hour, so generally speaking the admin would need to avoid updating multiple transactions within a session.
