Disallow Checkin for Event time in future

Apologies if this has already been answered.

We have an event coming up that has the following tickets:

Saturday pass
Sunday pass
Weekend pass

Currently (unless I’m missing something) somebody can turn up on Saturday with a Sunday pass and check in for the Sunday – we will be processing lots of checkins using the new IOS app and could inadvertently miss the fact it’s for Sunday not Saturday. Is there a way to stop people with a Sunday event time being allowed to check in on the Saturday?

Hi there,

The apps developer’s have an open ticket to add some verification/validation for this. Ideally what will happen is if you’ve selected a specific date time and are viewing the list of attendees for that date time, when you go into scan mode from that view, it should only let you validate tickets that are good for that date time. When there’s an update to the apps that includes this fix I’ll update this thread with more information.
