We don’t use the Ticket Notice message type, so I drag it to the inactive box. However, it keeps reactivating, typically after an update but sometimes seemingly at will. It’s a bit of a pain to keep having to go back there and disable it. Is there a way to disable it by event or event categories? Thanks!
Hmm, I’m not sure why the message type keep re-enabling but you can leave the Ticket Notice message type enabled but stop if from sending by editing the template and setting the ‘To’ field to No.
That leaves the message type enabled but does not actually send the message.
