Disable / remove the Questions & Answers section in emails

Hi

How do I remove or disable the “Questions & Answers” section in the registration notification emails?

In other words, when someone receives an email about a registration, there should be no Questions and Answers section in the email.

Hi there,

You go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default Message Templates.

Find the ‘Registration Approved’ message template and edit the ‘Registrant’ context – http://take.ms/fnxXi

In the EVENT_LIST section, remove the ‘Questions & Answers’ text along with the [RECIPIENT_QUESTION_LIST] shortcode and save.

That will remove the question and answers from the email set to the user when Approved.

Thanks for the reply. I’ve already done that but the email still shows the ‘Questions & Answers’ heading.

Which email are you wanting to edit? The one sent to the registrant, the event admin or both?

The screenshot you’ve sent is from the Registration Approved message type and is the Event Admin context which is different from the instructions I provided above.

What it looks like you have done there is empty the ‘[QUESTION_LIST]’ section rather than remove the call for it.
