We have two simultaneous events with different pricing and different volume discount. How can I this up. For one event we want 20% discount for 5+ tickets and for the other 25% discount for 4+ tickets.

Hi,
Unfortunately the limitation of Volume Discounts is that it can only have one discount structure, so 20% discount for 5+ tickets OR for the other 25% discount for 4+ tickets, not both.

Can we request this feature for a future update please? Very important for our requirement. One other thing, if we specify a dollar amount discount, then that is deducted from the total. Can we have an option where this is per ticket?

Hi,
I can certainly add these to our feature request list, but I would say that these types of features are more likely to be included in EE4’s discount system rather than EE3’s Volume Discount addon.
