Hi there,
We don’t currently have a shortcode that you can use for event name(s) within the email subject, however it is possible to do with custom message templates if needed.
You would need to create a custom template for each specific event and manually add the event name to the subject of the template, then set each events specific custom message template on the event.
Would that work?
The problem with introducing a shortcode that outputs the event name is it is possible to have attendees assigned to multiple events when using MER, with the current setup there is no way for the shortcode parser for subject to know which events these are with how the shortcodes work.
