Hi,
I’d like to know if it’s possible to do this. This is the situation.
For an event I have to set the maximum number of tickets that I can sell . Each ticket is priced A ( partner) and a price B (not partners ) . I do not have a maximum availability for the price A and price B but maximum for the event . In a transaction I can simultaneously sell at a price and a price B to the same person , but the maximum availability must come down to 2. Can I do this?
Thank you
Unfortunately, I do not think that would work as expected. While you could create multiple ticket options, they would all be available for selection on the single event page which means that the registrant/attendee is likely to select the lowest price if the tickets are equivalent.
You can create 2 tickets (Ticket A and B) and assign both of those tickets to a ‘datetime’ within the event. Sales for each of those tickets then apply to the same datetime and the limit you set on that datetime is the total amount of tickets you can sell regardless of the qty of each ticket.
