Hi!

The situation is like that:
I have created an event for a concert and im working with the seating chart and the ticketing Plugin. If i’m adding the price for the different seat categories, it shows me on the frontend in the first view only the lowest price and in the detailed view Price: Fr.0.00 and if i choose a seat and want to pay, theres also the Price Fr.0.00

I also added a price to the seats in the excelsheat but it also shows Price:0.00

My Seatingchart

It looks like the second price column (members) is missing prices. Try copying the prices from the first price column over to the second one.

Perfect! It’s working now! Thank you!

But one little problem is left. in the first view i still cant see only one of the prices and not for example 20.00$ – 40.00$. Only one price showes up.

Another question: Is it possible to change the order of the elements on the event registration?
I want to have at first the personal infarmation and the seat reserevation after that element.

Hi Rahel,

To answer both of your questions, it’s possible to change these, but it will require making some modifications.

See this post for one way to display a price range on the event list:
https://eventespresso.com/topic/display-price-range/#post-12684

The registration-page-display.php is the template that can be modified to change the order of questions/seat selection. Alternatively, these elements can be absolutely positioned with CSS: http://www.htmldog.com/reference/cssproperties/position/

If changes are made to the templates, these can be copied over to /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates. There is more information in this guide: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/put-custom-templates/
Note that some templates need to be copied over in pairs. For example, if you make a change to event_list_display.php, you’ll need to copy over it’s counterpart event_list.php. Also please note that if we need to make a change to a template in version of Event Espresso, you’ll need to copy this change into your custom template to stay current with the plugin.

We recommend using Diffmerge to help merge changes into custom templates.

Thank you, it was working.

If i want the user to choose how he want to recive the ticket, for example two radio buttons, the first with “I want to recive a PDF ticket by E-Mail” and the second with “i want to recive the Ticket’s by Mail(+ CHF 10.00 shipping)”
is it possible to add the shipping charges automaticly to the totalprice if he choose to recive the tickets’s by mail?

Could i solve that with a custom Payment type?

You’d need to create a new price option that would include shipping.
