Detailed Reporting with 3rd Party Plug-ins

I need to create a way for my client to pull custom reports from the information in the Event Espresso 4 database. I found the plugin WP Datatables that would allow for tables to be created from data in the MySql database and displayed on the front end, and it also has an add on that will create reports that they can download in excel. – Are you aware of this solution? They have EE in an article on their site.

Hi there,

We dont have any integrations with 3rd part reporting plugins but if the above is using DQL to pull in the data directly then I don’t see why it wouldn’t work with EE.

However, you would need to write your own queries for reporting. You could use the models to generate the queries and then copy and paste those into the above (with some additional tweaking from there).

If you haven’t done so already I recommend taking a look over the docs for the model system:–Model-System
