For the last few months I’ve had a distorted view of my event espresso events on my dashboard. For example when I click on “Events” the screen goes to the very right bottom under “Legend” and I have to scroll up to get to the list of events. When I choose an event I am unable to see where I enter the the Title of the event and options right below the title. When I click on an event I only see from the “Add Media” button down. However, all this is not a problem when I view this on my mobile phone which is an Iphone through the “Safari” web browser. FYI I am not very knowledgeable in technology so when you reply I would appreciate that you keep this in mind. Thank you

Hi there,
What your describing is often caused by either a theme or plugin conflict, usually, because the theme/plugin needs to be updated.
The fact that it loads on mobile is odd but can just mean that whatever it is that is loading on the desktop view and causes the problem, is set not to load on mobile.
As this is unlikely an issue with Event Espresso itself we would usually require that you purchase a support token if you would like for us to investigate this further. However, I’ll happily take a quick look at the editor and see if anything stands out for this to be an easy fix if you can send login details over using this form:

Note that generally, issues like this either require updates to plugins/theme (which we would not do under EE support) or a snippet of code to prevent whatever is conflicting from loading on the Event editor (which would require a support token) but I can advise a little more once I’ve seen the page.
