I have few questions
1-how do i change mouse over effect for the things like cart link or other espresso links
2-how do i translate the invoice and how do i design a new one
3-how do i change the event description page design

Hello Markus,
You can inspect any element on a page using a free tool like Chrome Developer Tools (available with Google Chrome) or Firebug (available as a web browser extension). Safari developer tools is another option.
This will show you the CSS that is handling the styling including the file and line number. Then you can add new styling to your child theme’s stylesheet or through a plugin like Reaktiv CSS builder or My Custom CSS.
