I am wondering if there is truly a plan to facilitate deposit payments. I see it has been discussed over the years, but doesn’t seem to be moving forward. This is a pressing need for my clients. The current workaround of creating 2 tickets and transferring the deposit ticket to the full payment is confusing many of our attendees because of the cancellation notices and invoice statements. It also makes it harder when managing the registered attendees and waiting lists because there are so many entries in the registration list.
Does the payment method “Invoice” can satisfy your requirement. Once they did purchase and did not pay yet, they will be put under waitlist until they pay their invoice.
Can you tell us if you know any payment method who does that so we can look on it.
