We came across an issue when a ticket was cancelled/refunded accidently using “Apply Refund”. In an attempt to fix the issue, we deleted the refund under “Payment Details” (changing registration back to approved) on the transaction page. Although the totals on the transaction page looked correct, the amount “Paid” on the registration page was off by the amount of the refund.
I was able to recreate the issue on our development site for the example below.
In this example I applied a refund of $189 and cancelled registration 693 using “Apply Refund”. Then I deleted the refund, approving the cancelled registration. I would expect the “Paid” amount on the registrations page to show as $189 again, but instead it reads -$189 as if the refund was still valid. See screenshots below:
The issue you mention is not existing in our current version. May we know why you stayed in 5.0.11? is it because of paypal account type?
