Deleting Old Events

Hi,

Is there any update or help on being able to remove/delete old events in a easier more efficient manner? It is quite a frustrating thing as it is and really not user friendly, intuitive or practical. A better way would be great.

Hi there,

No updates on this currently, however, we are aware of the act that this needs some improvement and have an open ticket to address it in a future version.

Ok, Be great if that could be addressed.

Also, How about the ability to delete “abandoned” and “incomplete” transactions?

Unless I’m misunderstanding the question, you can already delete transactions with a status of abandoned or incomplete.

Transactions link groups of registrations together (even if that ‘group’ is just 1) so to remove the transaction you delete all the registrations assigned to it.
